TICT Immigration Legal Clinic
Beginning May 1, 2025, Trinity Lutheran Church, through its Trinity Immigration and Citizenship Team (TICT) will provide low-cost and no-cost immigration legal services. Our priority is to assist new residents on Staten Island or are referred by our faith and non-profit partners who are looking to pursue pathways to legal status in the United States.
Our legal clinic is overseen by a qualified lawyer. Our case managers are volunteers trained in US immigration law through Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC). Our director, who is also trained by CLINIC, is our pastor, the Rev. Dr. Stephanie Jaeger.

Give Generously.
TICT Clinic is funded by donations. You can directly improve the lives of our immigrant neighbors by providing financial support. We provide most of our services for free through trained volunteers. But we have to pay for our staff lawyer, our case management system, CLINIC Legal affiliation dues, and professional insurance. Please help us help immigrant neighbors by giving generously. Use the form below to donate or mail donations to the address above.
Volunteer.
TICT Clinic runs on volunteers. If you are interested in providing general or administrative support or have specialized experience as a social worker, mental health worker, health care worker, or lawyer, please send us an email through the button below and let us know what volunteer roles might interest you, any social service or immigration experience you might have, and any languages you speak.
