Trinity Lutheran Church is patterned on old-world Gothic cathedrals and was build in 1913. Generations of families have participated in sacred services and often former members who have moved off of the island return because they want to continue their family traditions.
Arrange a Wedding
Weddings are happy occasions celebrated at Trinity and many couples are married here as were their parents and grandparents before them. Our staff works closely with the couple in choosing vows, readings and music to bring their vision to life. We welcome you to share in and experience the beauty of weddings at Trinity.

Are you feeling called to live out your faith in Jesus Christ as a member of Trinity? We welcome new members several times a year during worship. First step is to connect with Pr. Stephanie Jaeger for a conversation about your spiritual journey followed by a small-group meeting with members and new members to learn more about the life of Trinity and what we believe.
Arrange a Baptism
Holy Baptism is the sacrament by which God adopts us as his children and makes us members of Christ’s Body, the Church, and inheritors of the kingdom of God. We look forward to meeting with you and arranging a baptism for you or a family member. If you as an adult, wish to be baptized, we will meet with you and discuss the significance of Adult Baptism.
Arrange a Funeral/Memorial Service
The Funeral or Memorial Service is an opportunity for family and friends to remember one who has died. Trinity is prepared to offer simple memorials to full liturgical funerals. Please call the Church office for assistance at 718-447-0526.
Volunteer
Are you looking for ways to give back to your community? Are you a high schooler looking to complete required community service hours? Trinity Staten Island has many opportunities to help--from our Saturday food and meal program to volunteering at special events.
