What is Compline?

Originating in the monastic traditions, when monks and nuns would sing up to seven services a day, Compline was the final service and would often be referred to as the church’s ‘bedtime prayers’. Today, it’s a time of silence, meditative music, and prayers where the attendees participate as much or as little as they would like. No religious experience necessary.
